Spring Green and Crisp White-are the epitome of chic at Boston's 10th annual Party in the Park
For the 10th year, Party In The Park luncheon goers have stepped out in eye-catching hats and dapper attire to gather amidst Boston’s 1,100 acres of wood - land, park and path to raise funds for the Justine Mee Liff Fund for the Emerald Necklace. To mark this milestone anniversary, the Party in the Park design team including Peterson Party Center, Table Toppers, The Catered Affair and Winston Flowers along with Lynn Dale Events chose a fresh and crisp palette of whites and greens with hints of gold, rose, and lilac for the grand celebration. Jennifer Iovino, Sales and Marketing Director of Peterson Party Center, is not only part of the design team for the event but also a member of the board. “As soon as we saw the beautiful shades of green that Table Toppers chose for the linens, we knew that our new bronze, gold and white quilted glass chargers would work perfectly with the Antoinette vintagestyle china we were bringing in as a new line,” shared Iovino. The Catered Affair’s offerings from potted salmon with watercress mousse to apricot and sage stuffed quail with carrot puree were pre - pared to blend seamlessly with the color palette. To date, the luncheon has generated a $2 million endowment fund for the preservation of the parks so we can all look forward to many more beautiful days in Boston.
